Since 2018  Thessaloniki International Media Summer Academy welcomes students from all over the world. During the days the academy is taking place, participants have the privilege to attend lectures and workshops of globally well known professionals in the fields of media and communication. The topic of this year’s Summer Academy will be New trends in Media and Journalism: Turning crisis into opportunity”. Special emphasis will be given on the topics:

1. Disinformation, Science Journalism / News Literacy
2. Crisis Communication
3. New business models in Media Organisations
