The 3rd Panhellenic Conference of the Traineeships’ Network aimed to highlight aspects of the different and complementary roles of teachers in the modern school and to discuss perspectives for a qualitative, effective and innovative educational work, in relation to the challenges and developments in the education and professional learning of teachers and the work of the Pedagogical Departments, for the well-being of teachers and ultimately of children, families and society.
