The XI International Conference on Semiotics was devoted to the current radical transformation of the human sensorium, principally as a result of the digital technologies. The theme of the conference was in line with the Hellenic Semiotic Society’s mission to address the most recent advances in semiotics, as well as to promote the investigation of the dynamic of semiosis in contemporary culture and society. The conference was held at the unique seaside location and facilities of Thessaloniki Concert Hall’s Conference Centre, which guaranteed an all-round gratifying experience.
