The foundation of the European College of Veterinary Clinical Pathology occurred in 2002, the full Recognition by the EBVS in 2007. The College addresses the need for well educated clinical pathologists with certified experience for leading positions in commercial laboratories, industry, and veterinary schools. In 2018, the 20th annual ESVCP/ECVCP congress took place in Athens, welcoming anyone with a clinical pathology interest to join!
